Terms of Service

Welcome to Up-4ever. We work hard to keep this service safe, useful and fair for everyone — and we ask everyone who uses it to do the same. By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using the service, you accept this Agreement in full.

Plain-language legal terms Updated to current policy

Content that is not allowed

The categories below are strictly prohibited on Up-4ever. Any file that matches one of them is removed as soon as it is detected or reported, and the account behind it is disabled. In serious cases we cooperate fully with law enforcement and may share information about the responsible account.

Sexual exploitation of minors Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a child — image, video, audio, text, or anything else — is forbidden without exception. See our Child Safety Policy for how we act on these reports.

Pornography and sexual content Uploading pornographic or otherwise sexually explicit material is not permitted, in any format.

Intellectual-property infringement Do not upload material whose copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights belong to someone else. Files reported through a valid DMCA notice will be removed.

Hate speech and religious offence Content designed to incite hatred against, demean, or offend the followers of any religion or belief system is not allowed on the service.

Threats, harassment, or doxxing Content that threatens, harasses, defames, or attacks individuals, groups, governments, or any other entity is forbidden — as is publishing someone’s personal data without consent.

Malicious software Uploading malware, viruses, trojans, keyloggers, ransomware, exploit kits, or any file built to compromise the security of users or systems is strictly prohibited.

Up-4ever cooperates with all legal authorities in the event of an investigation. You may be pursued legally if you violate the rules above.

The earnings programme

You can earn from downloads of your files through the Up-4ever earnings programme. Taking part is subject to the rules below. We reserve the right to suspend earnings, freeze a balance, or terminate an account for any conduct we judge is designed to game the system.

An account is required Anonymous uploads do not generate earnings. To take part you must hold a registered Up-4ever account in your own name.

No manipulation of statistics Self-downloading, IP-rotation tools, download exchanges, bot traffic, and any other scheme built to inflate download counts are forbidden. Accounts caught doing this are banned and any pending balance is forfeited.

How a download counts A download earns only when the file completes in full. We count no more than three downloads from the same device per day, and downloads made with ad-blocking software enabled are not counted.

File deletion during a pending payout If you have a payout request awaiting review, you may not delete the files that contributed to the requested balance until the payout has been processed.

Disclaimer of liability

No warranty on storage The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that your files will always be available; data loss is possible through hardware failure, software bugs, third-party action, or any other cause. Always keep your own backup of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Responsibility for uploaded content Up-4ever provides the hosting service; users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or distribute. In the event of any legal investigation or proceeding arising from a file, the user who uploaded it bears full responsibility.

Changes & acceptance

Up-4ever reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the service after a revision means you accept the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page from time to time.

By using Up-4ever, you confirm that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.
