Child Safety Policy
Mega4Up is a public file-storage service. We have a strict, zero-tolerance position on any content that depicts, sexualises, or otherwise endangers children — it is excluded by our Terms of Service, by every applicable law, and by our own conscience.

Send the URL(s) you’re reporting and anything else relevant. Every message is treated as urgent. Anonymous reports are welcome.
What “zero tolerance” means in practice
The moment we are made aware that Mega4Up has been used to store or transmit content that harms a child, we act — immediately, without exception, and with the seriousness this kind of report demands.

Remove the content.
The file is taken down immediately on detection or report — before any further review.

Terminate the responsible accounts.
Every account involved in uploading, distributing, or knowingly hosting the file is disabled permanently.

Preserve evidence and notify the authorities.
We preserve the relevant data and hand it to law enforcement and to recognised child-safety hotlines under their established intake processes.

Block re-uploads.
Known abusive material is hashed and matched against the storage layer, so a second upload of the same file is rejected at the door.

Cooperate with prosecutions.
We will assist law enforcement and government bodies in any investigation arising from a report on our platform — up to and including the prosecution of those responsible.
What happens after you report
Every report to [email protected] goes through the same four-stage process. The first three stages run automatically the moment the e-mail arrives.
Triage
Your report is routed straight to our Trust & Safety team and acknowledged. We do not require you to give us your real name; anonymous reports are processed the same way.
Take down
The reported file is removed and made inaccessible from every public surface of Mega4Up. The account that uploaded it is suspended pending the next stage.
Investigation & evidence preservation
We review the account’s history, preserve relevant data under our retention policy, and identify any further content from the same source that requires removal.
Account termination & reporting onward
If the report is substantiated, the account is permanently terminated, the file’s hash is added to our re-upload block list, and we share what we’re required to share with the appropriate authorities under their established intake processes.
Protecting children is not optional, not negotiable, and not something we treat as a checkbox. We invest in detection, work with industry partners, and continue to refine our processes so that Mega4Up stays a service that children, families, and law enforcement can trust.
